Returns & Exchanges

At Drippy Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium jewelry. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Drippy branded packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
